Contact: corrections and takedowns
Report an error or request a correction: emailcorrections@labelledger.org with the page URL and what you believe is wrong. Requests are acted on within 48 hours. If a record is wrong, it is corrected in the data pipeline, not edited by hand on the page, and material corrections are listed on the corrections page.
Helpful details to include: the page URL, the specific identifier, number or sentence, and the agency record that supports the correction.
Companies: the same channel and the same 48 hours apply. Label Ledger publishes what the agency records state. If an agency record is wrong, the correction belongs with the issuing agency, but a note can be added to the page while that is pending.
Images and copyright: product images and label files are copies of material posted by federal agencies, each credited with its source. To request removal of an image, or to send a notice under the DMCA, see the DMCA page. Removal requests are honoured within 48 hours.
About a specific recall: Label Ledger cannot answer questions about a refund, repair or replacement, or about whether a product is affected beyond what the agency record says. The firm's contact details, as published by the agency, and a link to the agency record are on each recall page.
Publisher: Label Ledger is published by InfoHub Digital LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. See theprivacy policy for how email is handled.
