Corrections

This page lists material corrections made to Label Ledger's own text: summaries, plain-language explanations, answers and identifier tables. Changes made because an agency updated its record (for example, an expanded or closed recall) are not corrections; they appear in the change log on the affected page.

To report an error, email corrections@labelledger.org. Reports are acted on within48 hours.
